This is a page dedicated to those who fly the Division 26 Clothing flag! The Team consists of some heavy hitting professional action sports athletes, bands and our grassroots street team. Wherever they are at on their journey
we simply call them the D26 Devoted!
So we have some winners for last months Photo Battle. There were lots of great entries, but it seems that a few of the guys who won in February are back in a big way to claim the top spots. Team riders like Daniel Arias, Skye Schillhammer and Nathan Cambourn are simply throwing it down with the best tricks and the hottest photos. We think you'll agree that these guys all rip and deserve to win. If you think you can hang with the likes of these guys then you better get your cameras out and start sessioning because you have your work cut out for you in the next contest.
Each winner will be automatically moved to our middle team sponsor level where they'll receive our biggest team discount and more opportunity to show their stuff.
Winners receive the choice of a New Limited Edition Future Fitted hat.
2 tee shirts.
D26 Belt.
High profile coverage on our website, Sponsorhouse and the chance to make it into our next catalog.
This months Runners up Mike Cuff, Joey Yedowitz, John Dominick and Doug Druz will also be rewarded with a free tee shirt or hat of their choice.
Thanks to everyone for your pictures and comments. Stay tuned for the next contest which will kick off in November and will be the always entertaining "D26 Video Throwdown" So get the cameras rolling and sharpen up your editing skills its going to take some sick footage and great editing to win!
Thanks for all the entries into the February Photo Battle! Each time we do this contest it gets a bit bigger the entries get better and we have a blast seeing what you guys can dish out. This month we have 1 Grand Prize winner and 3 runner up winners along with a few honorable mentions that we want to give some props & exposure
.
When making our decisions we based it on the trick, overall composition and the feel of the picture. We saw a ton of great photos, but some were too small to make the final cut so next time remember upload a higher resolution file for us.
This months Grand prize winner Mike Gard will get a free one of a kind Division 26 skateboard courtesy of some custom ink, spray paint and our friends at Birdhouse skateboards and two free t-shirts of his choice.
Check out what they brought to the battle shutters blazing below.
Grand prize winner Mike Gard Nailed it with this amazing 13 stair shot super committed with great photo composition. If you have not had a chance to check his profile this kid can rip! His videos are extra special and we are excited to have him on the team. In fact he's the next rider we're moving up a level because he deserves a ton more exposure.
Skye Schillhammer is part of the D26 Northwest crew of MTBers who go big and throw down huge tricks no matter what the elements offer including snow, cliffs, trees and big ass piles of dirt! Skyes one of our favorite new riders and he is also being sent skyward to the next level of D26 sponsorship!
Daniel Arias is another rider we have been watching over the last year and he always brings some sick style and ton of attitude to the battle for sure!
is a rider who boosts big old school style airs with the best and if you've ever went down after getting over the lip like he does then it deserves our respect and it should get yours too!
Also a big shout out to the following riders who deserve an honorable mention:
Phil Hansen who had 3 amazing photos anyone of them could have won. Not too mention you guys spoke and gave him the most love with your votes!
Nathan is a dedicated Dirt Jump technician and part of the new breed of MTBers who dedicate themselves to digging, sculpting dirt and then sending it. Supermans dont get any better than this and our brother from down under is throwing down for sure!
Lucas Heilmann is another rider who brought a few outstanding pictures to the battle. Lucas's phots had strong composition, scale & riding we're impressed for sure.
August Winner of the Video Throwdown Trevor Wittman
Trevor simply killed it with his aggressive style and powerful lines. This kid can boost some airs and lands everything with style.
August Runner Up in the Video Throwdown Jared Melnyik
Jared has some really nice rail slides and a few flips, but the sickest thing Jared brought was his sack when he hucked the big road gap more than once! Had he not begun his spin so soon on the first one, he would have stuck it for sure and almost made the 540 anyway! Not sure if he actually landed that because he clipped it off too early to tell we'll just imagine he did!
Past Winners of the Video Throwdown
Derick was our June Winner and brought a well balanced bag of tricks to the show with a nice mix
of rails, big ollies and tech mixed with aggression and commitment
to the soul of street skating. We especially loved the stuff on the amphitheatre
steps and the smith rail slide SICK!
